2. Bookings & Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are accepted via Visa/Mastercard and other secure payment methods.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 8 days before booking start: 100% refund.
7 to 3 days before booking: 75% refund.
2 days before booking: 50% refund.
Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund.
Add-on services are non-refundable once confirmed.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Vehicle Usage
Vehicles must be returned in original condition.
Extra charges apply for damage, late returns, or cleaning fees.
You may extend your booking from your profile (subject to availability and additional fees).
5. Add-ons & Customization
Customers can:
Choose vehicle category (car, van, SUV, etc.).
Add extras: GPS, baby seat, driver, extended insurance, etc.
Customize rental period and pickup/drop-off locations.
6. Reviews
After completing your rental, you may post a review. We reserve the right to moderate or remove offensive or fake reviews.
7. Intellectual Property
